Kemal Dervis is Vice-President and Director for Global Economics and Development at the Brookings Institution. He will join the Graduate Institute as Professor of International Economics. His course in the Spring of 2017 will cover the evolution of the world economy and key macroeconomic issues, including the employment challenge. He is a former Turkish Minister of Economic Affairs, executive head of the United Nations Development Program and a Vice-President of the World Bank.
