Lucy Reed is the global co-head of Freshfields' international arbitration and public international law groups, representing private and public clients in complex commercial and investment treaty arbitrations and sitting as arbitrator. Lucy is Vice-President of the ICC Court, a member of the SIAC Court, and a member of the ICC Governing Board and the Advisory Board of the Investment Treaty Forum. Currently on the ICSID, SIAC, HKIAC, KCAB and KLRCA arbitrator panels, Lucy also sat on the Eritrea-Ethiopia Claims Commission (a humanitarian claims tribunal) and co-directed the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland. Among other arbitration publications, Lucy is co-author of A Guide to the SIAC Arbitration Rules (OUP 2014), Guide to ICSID Arbitration (2nd ed. Kluwer 2011) and The Freshfields Guide to Arbitration Clauses in International Contracts (3rd ed. Kluwer 2011).
