We recommend that students...
- consult their Graduate Institute emails on a regular basis ;
- notify Student Services of any change of address ;
- respect timetables and arrive in classrooms a few minutes prior to the start of lessons ;
- switch off mobile phones and any communication devices during classes and in the Library ;
- respect quiet areas such as the Library (including its computer room) ;
- adhere to regulations governing the use of IT and communication
technologies (emails, Internet, etc.) ;
- respect IT material available in the Library and in classrooms ;
- refrain from smoking in indoor public spaces ;
- follow closely safety standards and instructions ;
- regularly attend conferences and other events organised by the Institute ;
- respect the diverse backgrounds of fellow students and colleagues, and divergent points of view.
Students’ rights, in particular the right to appeal a decision, are laid out in the Academic Regulations.
