Research in the Conflict and Security cluster of the International Relations/ Political Science department varies in its focus from urban to criminal and political violence, civil war and broader issues of national and international security, including the protection and monitoring of fragile contexts, gender relations within violent situations, post-conflict peace-building, and other forms of violence prevention.
