Help and Support

As a single point of contact the Service Desk is in the best position to dispatch your questions efficiently inside the IT and Logistics team. Unless they are critical, your requests should be sent to the Service Desk email address.

  • The Service Desk is located at Maison de la paix, Petal1 Level 3, 20 meters to the right of the main Reception Desk, right in front of the sculpture;
  • It is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 18:00 except on Friday where closing time is 13:00;
