CIES is part of a number of academic networks and partners with academic institutions and stake-holders throughout the world. Located in the heart of International Geneva, CIES regularly hosts workshops and conferences, such as the Geneva Dialogues that bring together researchers and policy-makers. By organizing a Doctoral Seminar Series in Environmental Economics and Brown Bag Lunches with researchers from Anthropology, Development Studies, Political Science, Law and Economics, the Centre also contributes to the teaching of environment-related issues at the Graduate Institute.
