Ellen Rosskam, Ph.D., MPH, is Senior Advisor and Consultant for the Global Health Programme, Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, Senior Scholar with the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Adjunct Professor, University of Massachusetts, Lowell, Visiting Senior Fellow, University of Surrey, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. Other positions include Senior Social Protection Specialist at the International Labour Organization (1991-2005), and Global Health Expert on various country projects (e.g. Moldova, Togo, Armenia, Mongolia, 2006-2009). |
