Philanthropy in Education: Global Trends, Regional Differences and Diverse Perspectives

Organised by NORRAG

Auditorium A2
Maison de la paix, Geneva

As philanthropic organisations continue to grow across the world, becoming more influential actors in education and development, there is a demand to deepen collective knowledge of the sector.

Philanthropy in Education: Global Trends, Regional Differences and Diverse Perspectives is a new initiative launched and co-sponsored by NORRAG, the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research, the Open Society Foundations and the Graduate Institute. It seeks to facilitate greater understanding and collaboration between philanthropic organisations, national policymakers, representatives of international organisations and academics working in the field of education.
