The curriculum involves intensive training at an advanced level, specialised courses and seminars, and writing a master's thesis in the main discipline, as well as some familiarisation with at least one other discipline.

Specific admission conditions

Candidates must satisfy the general admission conditions of the Institute.

If their application is to be taken into consideration for the MIS, they must hold:

  • a Bachelor’s degree – or a diploma deemed equivalent – in one of the Institute’s disciplines (or in a related discipline); or
  • a Bachelor’s degree in international relations.

The complete application files must reach the Admissions Office of the Institute by 15 January.

The choice of the discipline of specialisation must be indicated on the registration form.

For Economics, it is recommended to send the GRE test results.

Admission is decided by the unit in charge of the discipline of specialisation, on the basis of the candidate’s application file, his/her academic results, motivation and work experience, provided that this is relevant.
