Patricia Espinosa

During her trip to Geneva on February 28, 2011, Ms Espinosa, Mexican Foreign Affairs Secretary, talked to us about her experience as president of the recent climate change conference in Cancun and the lessons taken going into the next round in South Africa.  As alumna of the Graduate Institute she concluded by encouraging law students to become internationalists who can give guidance on the big challenges of our time.
