Could you describe your current position?
I work with international organisations and local NGOs in the fields of knowledge management, training and capacity-building. Thereby, I develop educational programmes on non-formal education, deliver training worldwide and provide support and advice to staff and volunteers as an international consultant. 

How do you think the ExecutiveMaster INP will be beneficial to your career plans and projects?
The INP Master is a perfect opportunity to develop practical skills in negotiation and to share experiences and knowledge with professionals from different backgrounds at an international level. While working with various international organisations, I was responsible for developing several projects that required leading multilateral negotiations with different stakeholders. Therefore, the abilities that I learn from this INP Master will help me in my professional career to better understand the influence of negotiations in international processes. Further, this Master also gives me the opportunity to strengthen personal and professional networks.
