Methodology

The teaching format includes faculty lectures, panel discussions, case studies, and group discussions. Interactive workshops are led by guest speakers with international experience.

Carefully constructed, hands-on exercises allow participants to take part in interactive simulations from both sides of the negotiation table.
Some of these exercises will be individually tailored; participants will receive personal feedback on their unique strengths and weaknesses in decision-making and negotiation processes.

There will be approximately 6 hours of self-study per week. Given the small size of the groups, individual interaction with faculty will be strongly encouraged as part of each participant's learning process.

Personal project: Final PAPER

In their final paper, participants will be expected to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired to a topic directly related to their field of work.
