Programme

The ICM will tackle international crises, namely emergency situations whose consequences (actual or potential) on human lives, on society, on the economy and/ or on the environment are felt in more than one country and require action by actors in at least two countries.

Starting in November 2012, the programme will be organised around three modules of three to five days each, between November 2012 and March 2013. The Executive Certificate will address the three key areas of crisis management: crisis and stakeholder mapping, risk prevention and crisis navigation.

The course is intended for professionals working in both public institutions and private companies, whether in the communications, government relations, advocacy, operations or human resources disciplines.

The content of the programme will balance academic learning with the acquisition of practical skills, and include the participation of high-level external guests.
