Lucy Lu Reimers is a doctoral candidate in international law and a researcher on the Interface Law project, directed by Professor Nico Krisch and funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). The project explores legal interactions between different spheres of authority in global economic governance and beyond. In the framework of the project, Ms. Reimers focuses on international trade law and corporate responsibility. Her PhD topic is on international law and consumption-driven environmental harm. Previously, she worked as a teaching assistant in the international law department, assisting the courses international environmental law and corporate responsibility in transnational and international law, among others. She is particularly passionate about innovative and effective environmental regulation through the progressive application of international law.
