The Permanent Research and Documentation Center on the OSCEA Permanent Research and Documentation Center on the OSCE was established in 1999 in the Library of the Graduate Institute of International Studies (Geneva, Switzerland). The documentation on the CSCE/OSCE contains information for the period 1972 until today. The Center creates an important working environment for students, researchers and all people interested in European security.
