Biography:

 

 

 

 

Leslie-Anne is a PhD candidate in International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. Her research focuses on the prevention principle in international environmental law. She also regularly writes on law of sea issues.
She holds a Master of Arts in international relations/political science from Sciences Po Paris, and a Master of Laws from the Sorbonne University. Before joining the CCDP, Leslie-Anne gained work experience at the French Ministry of Defence and in various think tanks, following the strategic developments within the EU security and defence policy and also in North East Asia.
Leslie-Anne also worked at the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies in London, where she assisted with research in the Maritime Programme, working closely with the UK Ministry of Defence and the Royal Navy.
