After gaining more than ten years of experience providing counselling to young graduates in search of employment and internships as well as promoting current and former students among public and private sector employers, Carine Leu has recently set out to strengthen the Alumni Office. In order to reinforce this important network, her vision is to revitalise the links between Alumni and the Institute as well as to support good-willed former students who are motivated to create Alumni chapters throughout the world and to share the Institute’s ambitions with the international community. Carine has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Lausanne and a Master’s degree in International History and Politics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
After gaining several years of experience providing teaching on algorithms and programming, Xavier Vitali has developed a strong background in information technology and project management. He has been at the Institute since September 2010 in the Communications and Public Relations department. He is in charge of the Career Services Weekly Newsletter, the management of websites and the Career Services and Alumni contact databases as well as for the creation of the News of the Week newsletter.
