Study Programmes

As an institution concentrating on postgraduate studies, we offer seven Master programmes, two of which are interdisciplinary, as well one PhD programme with six disciplinary specialisations. Our faculty aims to provide our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to engage in deep analysis of the major issues of today’s world while simultaneously preparing them for the challenges their future academic and professional careers hold. Thanks to their international reputation, our master's and PhD degrees are recognised by the University of Geneva with which the Institute has concluded a bilateral convention.

Our summer and winter programmes provide international participants an opportunity to deepen their understanding of major global issues and gain direct exposure to our Faculty and to practitioners from Geneva’s international sector.

The Institute offers also four LL.M (Master of Laws) programmes including two programmes in partnership with the University of Geneva and one with the Law Faculty of Georgetown University.

For professionals, we offer Executive Education such as degree-granting programmes as well as short and customised modules.
